MYNTED Auctions — terms

Auction rules for buyers

1. Who we are

MYNTED Auctions is operated by MYNTED FZ-LLC, The Meydan Hotel, Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, business licence 2538375.01, VAT registration 105295094400003 ("MYNTED", "we"). These terms govern bidding and buying on auctions.mynted.me. They apply in addition to the MYNTED Buyer Terms and Conditions below, which govern every purchase on mynted.me and its related sites, including auctions.mynted.me, and the Privacy Policy. Where these auction rules are more specific, they prevail for auctions.

MYNTED is a marketplace. Items are sold by independent sellers (and sometimes by MYNTED itself, in which case the seller is MYNTED). MYNTED runs the auction, takes the payment and passes the order to the seller to ship.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older to bid. One account per person. You sign in with your email address and a code we send you; keep that mailbox secure, because anyone with access to it can bid as you.

Before your first bid you save a payment card and a delivery address. The card is charged only when you win, and it is charged automatically. You can change the card or address in your account at any time, except while you are the highest bidder on an item.

There is no spending cap on an account. MYNTED may ask to verify a bidder before accepting unusually high bids, and may set a bidding ceiling on an account where a payment has failed.

You choose a collector name, shown on bid histories and the leaderboard instead of your real name. It can be changed once.

3. Bidding

Every bid is a binding offer to buy the item at that price if you win. You cannot retract a bid.

You bid a maximum. The system bids on your behalf in the published increments, only as far as needed to keep you ahead, never above your maximum. Your maximum is never shown to anyone, including the seller.

An auction ends at the time shown on the item, with extended bidding: a bid in the last 60 seconds moves the end to 60 seconds after that bid, as often as it happens, so the auction ends only when a full minute passes with no new bid. Bids after the end are not accepted.

Where the seller allows it, you may make an offer on an item with no bids yet. The seller may accept or decline; an accepted offer is a binding purchase at that amount, charged like a win.

Watching an item sends you an email before it ends. You can stop watching at any time from the item or your watchlist.

Some items carry a hidden reserve. If the highest bid at the end is below the reserve, the item is not sold. Some items offer Buy Now until the first bid is placed (or until the reserve is met); Buy Now ends the auction immediately at that price.

A seller may not bid on their own items, directly or through others. We cancel bids and close accounts where we find this.

4. Winning and paying

If you are the highest bidder when the auction ends (and the reserve, if any, is met), you have bought the item. We charge your saved card at once for the winning bid plus the delivery charge shown on the item and, if you chose it, Aramex Shield cover. There is no buyer's premium.

If your bank asks you to confirm the payment, or the card is declined, we email you a link. You then have 24 hours to pay. If you do not, the sale is cancelled, the unpaid win is recorded against your account, and the item is offered to the next highest bidder.

Unpaid wins: the first is a warning; a second within 12 months pauses bidding on your account for 30 days; a third within 12 months closes your account to bidding, subject to review by MYNTED.

If a winner does not pay, we may offer you the item at your own highest bid. The offer is open for 24 hours. Accepting it is a binding purchase charged to your saved card at once; ignoring it has no consequence.

5. Prices and market values

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Where we show a market value, it is a third-party reference (Collectr) for the card, provided for information; it is not a valuation by MYNTED, not a guarantee, and not the price you will pay.

Seller items are supplied by the seller; VAT is not charged on them. Items sold by MYNTED itself include VAT where applicable. MYNTED's commission is paid by the seller.

6. Delivery

Items ship from the seller by Aramex to the address on your account at the time of the win. Delivery is AED 15 flat across the UAE and AED 55 across the GCC. Tracking is emailed to you.

Wins from the same seller before the daily shipping cutoff (midnight, Dubai time) travel together in one parcel with one delivery charge.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If you chose Aramex Shield, loss or damage in transit is covered up to the winning bid.

7. Final sale, and what we do if something is wrong

Auction sales are final. There is no right of return or cancellation because you changed your mind.

If the item you receive is not the item described (wrong card, wrong grade or condition, counterfeit, or damage not shown in the listing), the Buyer Terms apply in full: notify us at help@mynted.me with photos within the periods in clauses 10 and 11 of the Buyer Terms, and Buyer Protection (clause 11) covers non-delivery, an item materially not as described and counterfeits.

8. Fair use

We may cancel bids, end auctions early, or suspend accounts where we see shill bidding, bid manipulation, abuse of the second-chance process, payment fraud, or any attempt to interfere with the platform. We may remove an item where we believe it is counterfeit or misdescribed.

We may change these terms. The version you accepted is recorded on your account; material changes are announced on the site, and continuing to bid after a change is acceptance of it.

9. Liability and law

MYNTED's liability to you in connection with any auction is limited to the amount you paid for the item. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai. Questions: help@mynted.me.

MYNTED Buyer Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Scope

1.1 These Buyer Terms and Conditions (the “Buyer Terms”) govern the access to and use of the online marketplace available at mynted.me and its related sites, sub-domains and applications (the “Marketplace”) by Visitors and Buyers, and every purchase of a Product made through the Marketplace.

1.2 The Marketplace is operated by MYNTED L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with registration number 2538375, including its branch licensed in the Emirate of Dubai licence no. 2538375.01 (“MYNTED”, “we”, “us”).

1.3 The Marketplace is an online platform for trading card game (TCG) products, sports cards, collectibles, sports memorabilia and other permitted products. Products are offered by independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”). Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant listing, MYNTED is not the seller of the Products and acts solely as an intermediary that provides the Marketplace. Payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider on behalf of the Vendors.

1.4 Where MYNTED itself offers Products for sale (for example own stock, or Products sold by MYNTED on a consignment basis in its showroom, at events or online), the relevant listing or receipt will identify MYNTED as the seller or as the selling agent. In such cases these Buyer Terms apply accordingly, and references to the “Vendor” shall be read as references to MYNTED.

1.5 The relationship between MYNTED and Vendors is governed by the separate MYNTED Seller Terms and Conditions. If you wish to sell Products on the Marketplace, the Seller Terms apply in addition to these Buyer Terms for your selling activity.

2. Definitions

2.1 In these Buyer Terms the following definitions apply:

“Buyer” or “you” means a Visitor or Registered User who purchases or intends to purchase a Product through the Marketplace.

“Buyer Protection” means MYNTED’s buyer protection programme described in Clause 11.

“Consumer” means a Buyer who purchases a Product for purposes outside his or her trade, business or profession.

“Consumer Protection Law” means Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations, as amended or replaced from time to time, together with any other mandatory consumer protection or e-commerce legislation applicable to the relevant purchase.

“GCC Country” means any member state of the Gulf Cooperation Council other than the United Arab Emirates to which MYNTED offers delivery from time to time.

“Market Data” means price references, price histories, valuations or similar data displayed on the Marketplace that are provided by third-party data providers (including Collectr).

“Order” means a purchase of one or more Products completed through the checkout of the Marketplace.

“Privacy Policy” means MYNTED’s privacy policy as published on the Marketplace from time to time.

“Product” means trading card game (TCG) and sports card products in tangible form, including raw cards (singles), graded cards, factory sealed packs or boxes, related accessories, other collectibles and sports memorabilia, and any other product permitted on the Marketplace.

“Registered User” means a person who creates and maintains an account on the Marketplace.

“Sealed Product” means a Product delivered in its original factory seal (including, but not limited to, booster packs, booster boxes, collector or hobby boxes and box cases).

“Visitor” means a person who accesses the Marketplace without creating an account.

3. Acceptance and Amendment of These Buyer Terms

3.1 By creating an account or by placing an Order, you confirm that you have read and understood these Buyer Terms and agree to be bound by them. Before completing an Order you will be asked to accept these Buyer Terms expressly.

3.2 MYNTED may amend these Buyer Terms for valid reasons, in particular changes in law, regulatory requirements, security reasons or changes to the functions of the Marketplace. Registered Users will be informed of amendments by e-mail or through the Marketplace at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Amended Buyer Terms apply only to Orders placed after they have taken effect and which you accept at checkout in accordance with Clause 3.1. If you do not agree to an amendment, you may close your account at any time.

3.3 The version of the Buyer Terms in force at the time an Order is placed applies to that Order. Amendments do not apply retroactively to Orders already placed.

4. Eligibility and Account

4.1 To register an account or to place an Order, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have full legal capacity under the laws applicable to you.

4.2 Persons under the age of eighteen (18) may not register a Buyer account. A parent or legal guardian may place Orders through his or her own account for or on behalf of a minor and remains the Buyer and solely responsible for the Order and the payment.

4.3 You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and keep it up to date.

4.4 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities carried out through your account, including payment for Orders placed through it, unless the activity was not caused by your fault. You must notify MYNTED without undue delay at help@mynted.me if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.5 You may close your account at any time by notifying MYNTED at help@mynted.me. Closing your account does not affect Orders already placed.

5. Role of MYNTED, Conclusion of Contracts and Auctions

5.1 The sales contract for a Product is concluded directly between you and the Vendor. MYNTED is not a party to that sales contract, unless MYNTED is identified as the seller in accordance with Clause 1.4.

5.2 The name and relevant details of the Vendor are displayed on the listing and in the Order confirmation. Where a Vendor sells in the course of a business, this will be indicated.

5.3 The listing of a Product constitutes an offer by the Vendor or MYNTED, as the case may be. By clicking the purchase button at checkout you accept that offer. The sales contract is concluded when the payment has been successfully authorised and you receive an Order confirmation by e-mail. Before submitting the Order, you can review and correct your entries.

5.4 Availability of a Product is not guaranteed until the Order confirmation has been sent. If a Product is not available after all (for example because it has been sold simultaneously through another channel), the Vendor or MYNTED will inform you without undue delay and any payment will be refunded in full.

5.5 MYNTED does not manufacture, inspect, store or ship the Products sold by Vendors, and does not verify the accuracy of listings prior to publication. This does not affect MYNTED’s obligations under the Buyer Protection or under mandatory law.

Auctions

5.6 Vendors may offer Products by way of auction where MYNTED makes this function available. An auction is conducted exclusively on the basis of open, competitive bidding: the Buyer who has submitted the highest valid bid at the end of the auction period wins the auction. MYNTED does not operate or permit auctions in which the winner or the price is determined, in whole or in part, by chance, or in which participants must pay for the right to bid.

5.7 Each bid is a binding offer to purchase the Product at the amount bid and cannot be withdrawn, except where the Vendor materially changes the listing during the auction or where mandatory law permits withdrawal. A bid lapses if a higher valid bid is submitted. The Vendor may set a minimum (reserve) price. If the reserve price is not reached, no contract is concluded.

5.8 The sales contract is concluded between the Vendor and the highest bidder at the end of the auction period. The winning bidder must complete payment within forty-eight (48) hours after the end of the auction. If payment is not made in time, the Vendor may withdraw from the contract, MYNTED may offer the Product to the next highest bidder, and MYNTED may restrict the Buyer’s access to auctions.

5.9 Bidding on one’s own Products or on Products of connected persons, the use of multiple accounts, collusive bidding and any other manipulation of the bidding process are prohibited. MYNTED may cancel affected bids or auctions and take the measures described in Clause 19.

Pre-orders

5.10 Products that are not yet available may be offered as pre-orders. Such listings are marked as pre-orders and state the expected delivery date and the final price.

5.11 A pre-order is binding. You may cancel a pre-order only if the Product is not delivered within seven (7) days after expected delivery date stated at the time of the pre-order. In this case, you receive a full refund of the amount paid.

5.12 The price stated at the time of the pre-order will not be increased.

5.13 If the Vendor cannot deliver a pre-ordered Product, in whole or in part (for example due to a reduced allocation by the manufacturer), the pre-order will be cancelled in full or partial and you will receive a corresponding refund of the amount paid. Your statutory rights, including in respect of defective or non-conforming Products and under Clause 9.5, remain unaffected.

6. Product Information, Prices and Market Data

6.1 Product descriptions, photographs, condition ratings and grading information are provided by the Vendor. Collectible Products are frequently second-hand. Condition ratings reflect the Vendor’s assessment unless the Product is graded by a recognised grading company.

6.2 All prices are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include value added tax (VAT) where applicable. Shipping fees are shown separately before checkout. Prices displayed in other currencies are for information only. Payment is always made in AED at the exchange rate applied by your card issuer or payment provider.

6.3 The Marketplace may display Market Data. Market Data is provided by third parties for information purposes only, does not constitute a valuation, offer or recommendation and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. The price payable for a Product is exclusively the price shown at checkout.

6.4 In the event of an obvious pricing error (for example a price that is manifestly lower than the market value due to a typing error or Market Data error), the Vendor or MYNTED may cancel the Order within five (5) business days after the Order confirmation, in which case you will receive a full refund.

6.5 Collectible Products are subject to market price fluctuations. Changes in the market value of a Product after the conclusion of the sales contract do not entitle you or the Vendor to adjust the price or to cancel the Order.

6.6 Mystery or random-content products compiled by a Vendor or by MYNTED (for example “mystery boxes” or re-packed bundles whose exact contents are not disclosed before purchase, as opposed to original factory-sealed products of the manufacturer) may only be offered where expressly permitted by MYNTED. The listing must describe the possible contents, including the number of items, the categories and the range of value (minimum guaranteed value) as accurately as possible. Such products are sold as goods at a fixed price. No prize, cash value, buy-back or exchange for money is offered in connection with their contents.

6.7 Mystery or random-content products may only be purchased by Buyers aged eighteen (18) or older through their own account.

7. Payment

7.1 Payment can be made by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment methods displayed at checkout. Bank transfers and cash on delivery are not accepted unless expressly offered.

7.2 Payments are processed by a payment service provider licensed or otherwise authorised to provide such services in the UAE (the “Payment Service Provider”), which accepts the purchase price on behalf of the Vendor. Payment of the purchase price to the Payment Service Provider discharges your payment obligation towards the Vendor. MYNTED does not receive or hold the purchase price.

7.3 You authorise the Payment Service Provider to charge the selected payment method with the total amount shown at checkout. MYNTED may carry out fraud prevention checks and may cancel an Order where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, in which case any amount charged will be refunded.

7.4 If you believe that a charge is incorrect, please contact MYNTED first at help@mynted.me so that the matter can be resolved quickly. Your rights to initiate a chargeback with your card issuer remain unaffected.

8. Shipping and Delivery within the UAE

8.1 Products are shipped by the Vendor using the integrated shipping solution provided by MYNTED through Aramex or another carrier designated by MYNTED.

8.2 Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and charged separately. Delivery times communicated are estimates, unless expressly stated to be binding.

8.3 Risk of loss or damage to the Product passes to you upon delivery to you or to a person designated by you at the delivery address. Where a Product is lost or damaged in transit, Clause 10.9 applies.

8.4 If a delivery fails because you are not available, have provided an incorrect address, or refuse to accept the delivery without valid reason, Clause 10.8 applies.

9. Cross-Border Deliveries

9.1 MYNTED may offer international delivery to selected countries including the GCC Countries. The shipping fees available from time to time are shown at checkout.

9.2 For deliveries outside the UAE, you are the importer of the Products. Customs duties, import VAT and any other import charges or clearance fees levied in the country of delivery (“Import Charges”) are not included in the price, unless expressly stated at checkout, and are payable by you to the carrier or the competent authority.

9.3 You are responsible for ensuring that the import of the ordered Products into the country of delivery is permitted. If a shipment is refused, seized or returned by the customs authorities because of import restrictions in the country of delivery or because you have not paid Import Charges, the purchase price will be refunded less the outbound and return shipping costs and any Import Charges incurred.

9.4 The Vendor will prepare the export documentation using the information provided in the Order. You must provide accurate recipient details, including any identification number required for customs clearance in the country of delivery.

9.5 Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by agreement remain unaffected by these Buyer Terms, including any statutory right of withdrawal.

Products shipped from Vendors outside the UAE

9.6 Where MYNTED admits Vendors established outside the UAE, the listing will indicate the Vendor’s country and that the Product is shipped from abroad. For such Products, delivery times may vary, and customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees may apply in accordance with Clause 9.2, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

9.7 Vendors established outside the UAE are responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction, including any licensing, tax and export requirements. MYNTED acts solely as intermediary for these sales. Your rights under Clauses 10 and 11 apply equally to Products purchased from Vendors outside the UAE.

10. Inspection, Returns and Refunds

Inspection and notice of defects

10.1 You are requested to inspect the Product and its packaging upon receipt. Visible transport damage should be reported to MYNTED within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt so that a claim can be filed with the carrier in time. Any defect, including a wrong Product, a Product not as described or a reasonable suspicion regarding authenticity, must be notified to MYNTED within thirty (30) days from the date on which the defect becomes apparent.

10.2 For hidden defects of a Sealed Product that cannot be identified without opening the factory seal, the period under Clause 10.1 starts when the defect becomes apparent upon opening. Opening a Sealed Product is at your own risk and will void any claim relating to the graded condition, unless the claim concerns the authenticity of the Product itself.

10.3 Clauses 10.1 and 10.2 do not limit the rights you have under mandatory law, in particular in the case of counterfeit Products or fraud.

Authorised returns

10.4 Due to the nature of collectible Products and their price volatility, Products cannot be returned merely because you have changed your mind, unless mandatory law provides otherwise (see Clause 9.5) or the Vendor expressly offers a return option on the listing. Your rights in respect of damaged, defective, non-conforming or counterfeit Products under Clause 10.5 remain unaffected.

10.5 You may return a Product and choose between a refund of the price, a replacement or a repair (where replacement or repair is possible for the Product concerned) if:

a. the Product was received damaged

b. the Product is materially different from the listing (for example a wrong Product, a different card, edition, language or condition than described)

c. the Product is counterfeit

d. the Product has a defect or is incomplete

e. the delivery is delayed to such an extent that the Product can no longer serve its intended purpose or

f. the Product does not comply with applicable legislation.

10.6 To make a claim, please contact MYNTED at help@mynted.me or through the Marketplace, stating the Order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the Product and, where relevant, of the packaging. MYNTED will review the claim and forward it to the Vendor or to the carrier as appropriate. If a return claim is accepted, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and must hand over the Product to the carrier, adequately packed and in the condition in which it was received, within three (3) business days. The costs of an accepted return are not borne by you.

10.7 A refund is issued once the returned Product has been received and checked by the Vendor or MYNTED, or earlier where no return is required. Refunds are made to the original payment method within three to ten (3-10) business days of the approval of the claim. The refund amount covers the price paid for the Product and the original shipping fees (where applicable), and shall not exceed the amount paid, irrespective of any change in market value after the purchase.

If a Product returned in accordance with Clause 10.6 is lost or damaged in transit, you will receive the refund, provided that you have handed over the Product to the carrier, adequately packed, using the return label provided, and can provide proof of handover by the carrier’s receipt or a tracking number. In this case, the refund is made within fourteen (14) calendar days after the carrier has confirmed the loss or damage, and in any event no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the handover. MYNTED will process the claim with the carrier.

Refused deliveries and missing orders

10.8 If you refuse acceptance of a delivery without a valid reason, or the delivery fails for reasons for which you are responsible, the Order may be cancelled and the purchase price will be refunded less the outbound and return shipping costs (if any) and payment processing costs actually incurred.

10.9 If an Order does not arrive within the expected delivery time or is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please contact MYNTED first. MYNTED will open a trace or damage claim with the carrier and, where the Product cannot be located or has been damaged in transit, you will receive a full refund or, if available and you agree, a replacement.

11. Buyer Protection and Disputes with Vendors

11.1 MYNTED’s Buyer Protection covers Orders paid through the Marketplace where:

a. the Product has not been delivered

b. the Product is materially not as described or

c. the Product is confirmed to be counterfeit.

In these cases, MYNTED will ensure that you receive a full refund of the amount paid, if the Vendor does not resolve the matter within the time set by MYNTED.

11.2 Buyer Protection claims must be raised within seven (7) calendar days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, in the case of non-delivery) or, for defects that become apparent later, within the period set out in Clause 10.1.

11.3 If you have a dispute with a Vendor, please notify MYNTED within the periods in Clause 11.2. MYNTED will mediate between you and the Vendor and may, at its reasonable discretion, grant a full or partial refund to resolve the dispute. MYNTED may request further information and evidence, including photographs or videos of the unboxing.

11.4 Buyer Protection is a voluntary service of MYNTED and is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights against the Vendor.

12. Acceptable Use

12.1 You must not:

a. impersonate another person or use offensive, vulgar or infringing user names

b. use the Marketplace for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Buyer Terms

c. arrange or conclude purchases of Products listed on the Marketplace outside the Marketplace in order to avoid fees

d. place Orders without the intention to pay or accept delivery, or misuse the Buyer Protection or chargeback process

e. use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Marketplace, collect data or purchase Products or

f. interfere with the security or proper operation of the Marketplace.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 All content, features and functionality of the Marketplace, including the MYNTED name, logos and trademarks, are owned by MYNTED or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without MYNTED’s prior written consent.

13.2 Third-party trademarks and product names displayed on the Marketplace, including but not limited to, Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Weiss Schwarz, Topps, Panini, Marvel, DC and Star Wars, belong to their respective owners. MYNTED is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by these rights holders.

14. Third-Party Services

14.1 The Marketplace uses services of third parties, including the platform provider (Shopify), payment service providers, carriers (Aramex) and Market Data providers (Collectr). Their terms may apply to the extent you use their services directly. MYNTED is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from the Marketplace.

15. Liability

15.1 MYNTED is liable without limitation for death or personal injury caused by MYNTED, for fraud, wilful misconduct and gross negligence, and to the extent that liability cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law, including the Consumer Protection Law.

15.2 Subject to Clause 15.1, MYNTED provides the Marketplace, its content and Market Data on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MYNTED does not warrant that the Marketplace will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

15.3 Subject to Clause 15.1, MYNTED is not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated resale value, or for indirect or consequential loss.

15.4 Subject to Clause 15.1, MYNTED’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Buyer Terms shall not exceed the higher of (a) the total amount paid by you for the Order giving rise to the claim, and (b) AED 500.

15.5 MYNTED is not liable for the performance of the sales contract by the Vendor, and your contractual claims are directed against the Vendor. This is without prejudice to MYNTED’s obligations under the Buyer Protection, where MYNTED is the seller, and to MYNTED’s responsibility under mandatory law, including the responsibility of the platform operator for defects of Products sold through the Marketplace.

15.6 Nothing in these Buyer Terms affects your statutory rights as a Consumer.

16. Indemnity

16.1 If you are not a Consumer, you shall indemnify MYNTED against all third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your culpable breach of Clauses 12 or 13 or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

17. Data Protection

17.1 MYNTED processes your personal data as controller in accordance with the Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”) and, where applicable, other data protection laws. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

17.2 MYNTED processes your personal data in particular for the following purposes: operating your account, processing Orders and payments, arranging delivery and returns, handling Buyer Protection claims and disputes, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations and, where permitted, direct marketing.

17.3 To fulfil your Order, MYNTED shares your name, delivery address, telephone number and Order details with the relevant Vendor and the carrier. Vendors may use this data only for the fulfilment of your Order and related after-sales communication, and not for their own marketing.

17.4 MYNTED uses service providers (including the platform, hosting, payment and logistics providers) which may process personal data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union. MYNTED ensures that such transfers comply with the PDPL.

17.5 You have the rights provided by the PDPL, including the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing and to withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to hello@mynted.me.

17.6 You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through your account settings or via the link in each marketing message.

18. Electronic Communications

18.1 MYNTED may communicate with you by e-mail, through the Marketplace or by other electronic means, including for notices under these Buyer Terms. Electronic communications satisfy any requirement for written form to the extent permitted by law.

19. Suspension and Termination

19.1 MYNTED may suspend or restrict your access to the Marketplace or close your account where there are reasonable grounds, in particular if you materially breach these Buyer Terms, if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse, or if required by law. Where appropriate, MYNTED will inform you beforehand and give you the opportunity to respond.

19.2 MYNTED may close inactive accounts or terminate the account relationship without cause by giving thirty (30) days’ notice.

19.3 Orders placed before the suspension or termination will be completed or refunded.

20. Force Majeure

20.1 Neither you, MYNTED nor the Vendor shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, acts of government, strikes, failures of public communication networks, carriers or third-party service providers. Your right to a refund for Products not delivered remains unaffected.

21. Language

21.1 These Buyer Terms are made available in Arabic and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Arabic version prevails where required by law. Otherwise, the English version prevails.

22. Final Provisions

22.1 These Buyer Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MYNTED regarding your use of the Marketplace as a Buyer.

22.2 If any provision of these Buyer Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

22.3 MYNTED may transfer its rights and obligations under these Buyer Terms to an affiliated company or a successor of the Marketplace business, provided that your rights are not adversely affected.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

23.1 These Buyer Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

23.2 The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Your right to file a complaint with the competent consumer protection authority remains unaffected. Mandatory provisions on jurisdiction for consumer contracts under any applicable law remain unaffected.

23.3 The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

24. Contact and Effective Date

Auction rules for sellers

1. Listing

Only approved MYNTED sellers may list items for auction. Access is opened seller by seller; a seller may apply from the dashboard once their shop meets the requirements shown there, and an approved seller commits to listing the stated number of items within the stated time. You list an item from your MYNTED dashboard, set a starting price and optionally a hidden reserve and a Buy Now price, choose a duration and an ending time. At least one picture must be your own photo of the copy you are selling (a sealed, new product and a graded card may rely on the catalogue render and the slab scans). Listing rules for photographs and descriptions are the same as on the MYNTED marketplace, and MYNTED may remove a listing that breaks them.

While an item is at auction, one copy of it is removed from your MYNTED shop and from any point of sale; an item with a single copy is taken off sale entirely. If it does not sell, it is returned to your shop automatically at its previous price, or held for your decision if you chose that when listing.

2. No cancellation

Once an auction has a bid, an open offer or a buy-now, it cannot be cancelled or changed by you. You confirm this when you list. Before that, you may change the prices and the ending time, and you may delete the listing within 4 hours of listing it (any time before bidding opens, during the launch week); the product goes back to your shop as a draft. If the item is lost, damaged or sold elsewhere while the auction runs, you are liable to the buyer and to MYNTED for the resulting costs, and MYNTED may suspend your auction access.

You may not bid on your own items, directly or through others.

3. Sale, fees and payout

When the auction ends with a bid at or above your reserve (or a Buy Now), the item is sold to that bidder at that price. MYNTED charges the buyer and creates the order in your dashboard.

MYNTED's commission is deducted from the winning bid: 10% of the final price (the rate shown in your dashboard when you list, and fixed for that item). VAT applies to the commission. The net amount is paid to you with your regular MYNTED payout.

If the winner does not pay, MYNTED offers the item to the next highest bidder at their own highest bid; if nobody pays, the item is returned to your shop and no fee is charged.

4. Shipping

Wins from one buyer before the daily cutoff become one order with one label. You ship the item by Aramex within two working days of the order appearing in your dashboard, using the label MYNTED provides. Late shipping affects your seller standing and may lead to the sale being cancelled and refunded at your cost.

5. Descriptions and problems

You are responsible for the accuracy of the listing: the card, its condition or grade, and its authenticity. Where a buyer shows the item was not as described, the sale may be reversed and the item returned to you, and you bear the return cost. Repeated problems end your auction access.

6. Limits and changes

MYNTED may set limits on how many items a seller lists per week, and may change these terms, the fee schedule for future items, and the listing rules. The fee schedule that applies to an item is the one shown when you listed it.

MYNTED Seller Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Scope

1.1 These Seller Terms and Conditions (the “Seller Terms”) govern the relationship between MYNTED and every person who registers as a Vendor and lists or sells Products on the online marketplace available at mynted.me and its related sites, sub-domains and applications (the “Marketplace”), including the use of the Vendor Portal and all related services.

1.3 MYNTED provides a platform through which Vendors offer Products to Buyers. The sales contract for a Product is concluded directly between the Vendor and the Buyer. MYNTED is not a party to that contract and acts as intermediary. Payments are processed by a licensed Payment Service Provider (as defined in Clause 13.1) in accordance with Clause 13.

1.4 The relationship between MYNTED and Buyers is governed by the MYNTED Buyer Terms and Conditions (the “Buyer Terms”). Vendors acknowledge that the Buyer Terms, in particular the provisions on shipping, returns, refunds and Buyer Protection, form part of every sales contract concluded through the Marketplace, and agree to comply with them. The current Buyer Terms are available at mynted.me/buyer-terms.

1.5 If a Vendor purchases Products on the Marketplace, the Buyer Terms apply to those purchases.

2. Definitions

2.1 In these Seller Terms the following definitions apply:

“Buyer” means a person who purchases or intends to purchase a Product through the Marketplace.

“Buyer Protection” means MYNTED’s buyer protection programme as described in the Buyer Terms.

“Consumer Protection Law” means Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations, as amended or replaced from time to time.

“Consumer” has the meaning given in the Buyer Terms.

“Fees” means the fees payable by the Vendor to MYNTED under Clause 12.

“GCC Country” means any member state of the Gulf Cooperation Council other than the United Arab Emirates to which MYNTED offers delivery from time to time.

“Guardian” means the person who holds guardianship over the property of a Junior Vendor under the applicable law (under UAE law in principle the father, then the father’s testamentary guardian, then the paternal grandfather, and otherwise the court or a person appointed by it).

“Junior Vendor” means a person under the age of eighteen (18) who sells Products through a Guardian’s account in accordance with Clause 6.

“Market Data” means price references, price histories, valuations or similar data provided by third-party data providers, including Collectr, and made available through the Marketplace or the Vendor Portal.

“Order” means a purchase of one or more Products by a Buyer completed through the checkout of the Marketplace.

“Payout” means the transfer to the Vendor, through the Payment Service Provider, of the purchase prices paid by Buyers for the Vendor’s Products, less Fees and any other amounts deducted on MYNTED’s instruction in accordance with these Seller Terms.

“Product” means trading card game (TCG) and sports card products in tangible form, including raw cards (singles), graded cards, sealed packs, factory-sealed boxes, related accessories, other collectibles and sports memorabilia, and any other product permitted on the Marketplace.

“Vendor” or “you” means a person whose application to sell on the Marketplace has been approved by MYNTED in accordance with Clause 4.

“Vendor Content” means texts, images, graphics and other material submitted by the Vendor, including listings.

“Vendor Portal” means the vendor portal and dashboard developed and operated by MYNTED for Vendors, including inventory management, order processing, shipping label, payout and reporting functions and any related interfaces.

“Payment Provider Service” means ….

3. Acceptance and Amendment of These Seller Terms

3.1 By submitting a Vendor application and accepting these Seller Terms in the application process, you agree to be bound by these Seller Terms.

3.2 MYNTED may amend these Seller Terms for valid reasons, in particular changes in law, regulatory requirements, security reasons, changes to the Marketplace or the Vendor Portal, or changes to the Fees. MYNTED will notify Vendors of amendments by e-mail or through the Vendor Portal at least thirty (30) days before they take effect (fourteen (14) days for amendments that are not to the Vendor’s disadvantage). Shorter notice periods apply where required by law or where the amendment is necessary to address an unforeseen security risk.

3.3 If you do not agree to an amendment, you may close your Vendor account with effect from the date the amendment takes effect. Continued listing of Products after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amendment. MYNTED will point this out in the notification.

4. Eligibility and Registration

4.1 To sell Products on the Marketplace, you must apply at https://mynted.me/sell. You may register as:

a. an individual aged eighteen (18) years or older with full legal capacity (“Individual Vendor”)

b. a company or other entity holding a valid trade or commercial licence (“Business Vendor”) or

c. a Guardian registering on behalf of a Junior Vendor in accordance with Clause 6.

4.2 The information in the application must be complete, accurate and current. You must inform MYNTED without undue delay of any change, in particular of your contact details, bank details, licence or VAT status.

4.3 MYNTED reviews each application and may approve or reject it at its reasonable discretion. There is no entitlement to be admitted as a Vendor. Upon approval, you will be granted access to the Vendor Portal.

4.4 Each Vendor may maintain only one Vendor account unless MYNTED agrees otherwise. Vendor accounts are personal and may not be transferred without MYNTED’s prior written consent.

4.5 MYNTED may admit Vendors established or resident outside the UAE, in particular in GCC Countries (“International Vendors”). International Vendors are subject to the verification requirements under Clause 5, using their passport, national identity card and proof of address instead of the Emirates ID and, for Business Vendors, the commercial registration of their home country.

4.6 MYNTED may suspend your Vendor account or individual listings, or close your Vendor account with immediate effect, for cause, in particular if you (a) list counterfeit Products, (b) provide false information in the verification process under Clause 5, (c) repeatedly or seriously breach these Seller Terms, (d) repeatedly fail to dispatch Orders or have an unusually high rate of justified claims, (e) breach Clause 18, or (f) if the continuation of the relationship is not reasonable for MYNTED for legal or regulatory reasons. Where appropriate, MYNTED will first issue a warning and give you the opportunity to remedy the breach or to comment.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Before a Vendor can list Products or receive Payouts, MYNTED verifies the Vendor’s identity. MYNTED will request in particular:

a. for Individual Vendors: a copy of a valid Emirates ID (or passport and residence permit), a live photo (selfie) to match the identity document, the Vendor’s address, and details of a bank account held in the Vendor’s own name.

b. for Business Vendors: a copy of the valid trade licence, details of the authorised signatory and of the ultimate beneficial owner(s), identity documents of the authorised signatory, and details of a bank account held in the name of the Business Vendor.

c. for Guardians: the documents under paragraph (a) for the Guardian, and proof of the relationship with and the age of the Junior Vendor in accordance with Clause 6.

5.2 MYNTED may use third-party identity verification service providers. MYNTED may at any time request re-verification or additional information, in particular if there are changes to the Vendor’s details, or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or sanctions violations. You must cooperate with any such request within the time specified by MYNTED.

5.3 MYNTED screens Vendors against applicable sanctions lists. MYNTED may refuse registration, suspend the Vendor account and instruct the Payment Service Provider to withhold Payouts (Clause 13.6) to the extent required by law or where verification cannot be completed.

5.4 MYNTED processes the documents and data collected for verification for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations only. The live photo is processed only for comparison with the identity document. Further details are set out in Clause 21 and the Privacy Policy.

6. Junior Vendors (Minors)

6.1 Persons under the age of eighteen (18) may sell Products on the Marketplace as Junior Vendors only if they are at least sixteen (16) years old and their Guardian has given prior written consent in accordance with this Clause 6. Persons under that age may not register as Vendors.

6.2 The Guardian’s consent must be given in writing using MYNTED’s standard consent form (or an equivalent notarised document) and must cover the registration of the Junior Vendor, the acceptance of these Seller Terms and the sale of Products through the Marketplace, and constitutes the Guardian’s authorisation and ratification of each sale concluded through the account. The Guardian must:

a. complete the verification under Clause 5 in his or her own name and provide proof of the age of the Junior Vendor and of his or her guardianship (e.g. birth certificate, family book, passport or, where the Guardian is not the father, the court decision or other document establishing the guardianship)

b. confirm that he or she is entitled to act for the Junior Vendor

c. accept these Seller Terms jointly with the Junior Vendor and be jointly and severally liable with the Junior Vendor for all obligations under these Seller Terms and under the sales contracts concluded through the account

d. supervise the use of the account by the Junior Vendor

e. designate a bank account held in the Guardian’s name to which all Payouts will be made and

f. where the Guardian is a tutor appointed by will or by the court, provide the court authorisation required under applicable law for the sale of the Junior Vendor’s property.

6.3 If the cumulative sales of a Junior Vendor exceed AED xxx per calendar year, or if an individual Product is listed at a price above AED xxx, MYNTED may require the consent to be provided in the form of a notarised power of attorney or notarised consent of the Guardian before further listings or Payouts are permitted.

6.4 MYNTED may impose further restrictions on Junior Vendor accounts, including limits on listing values or monthly sales, and excludes such accounts from auctions and from the sale of mystery or random-content products (Clause 8.11).

6.5 The Guardian may revoke the consent at any time with effect for the future by notice to MYNTED in writing to hello@mynted.me. In that case, the Junior Vendor’s listings will be deactivated. Orders already placed must be fulfilled. MYNTED processes the personal data of the Junior Vendor only to the extent necessary and on the basis of the Guardian’s consent, and may suspend the account where it has reasonable doubts regarding the Guardian’s authority or the age of the Junior Vendor.

6.6 When the Junior Vendor reaches the age of eighteen (18), he or she must confirm these Seller Terms in his or her own name and complete the verification under Clause 5. The Guardian’s joint liability then ends for future transactions, and the Payout account may be changed to an account in the Vendor’s own name.

7. Vendor Status, Licences and Taxes

7.1 Vendors act in their own name and for their own account. Nothing in these Seller Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or franchise relationship between MYNTED and the Vendor. Neither party is the agent of the other.

7.2 You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licence or permit required for your selling activity. If you sell Products regularly or with the intention of making a profit, a trade licence may be required under the laws of the Emirate or free zone in which you operate.

7.3 You are solely responsible for your tax compliance, including VAT registration, VAT on your sales and corporate tax. If you are registered for VAT in the UAE, you must enter your tax registration number in the Vendor Portal and activate the relevant VAT setting. MYNTED will then show the necessary VAT information on the order confirmation or invoice generated through the Marketplace. MYNTED is not responsible for verifying whether a Vendor is required to register for VAT.

7.4 MYNTED does not act as vendor of record for the Products sold by Vendors.

7.5 International Vendors are solely responsible for complying with the laws of their country of establishment or residence and of any other jurisdiction from which they sell, including licensing, registration, tax (including any VAT or sales tax on their sales and any withholding tax on Payouts), export control and customs requirements. MYNTED acts solely as intermediary and does not assume any compliance obligation of International Vendors in their jurisdiction.

8. Listings and Product Requirements

8.1 You are solely responsible for your listings, including the availability, quality, authenticity, pricing and accurate description of the Products.

8.2 Each listing must be complete, accurate and not misleading, and must at least state: the exact Product (including set, edition, card number, language and variant), the manufacturer or publisher and, where available, the country of origin, its condition (new or used) in accordance with MYNTED’s condition guidelines, the grading company, grade and certification number (for graded cards), any defects, alterations or signs of use, and real photographs of the actual Product for singles above AED 200 and all graded cards.

8.3 You must not list:

a. counterfeit, replica, proxy or custom-made products, or reprints that are not clearly identified as such

b. Products that infringe intellectual property rights of third parties

c. Products you do not own or are not entitled to sell, or that you do not have in stock (except for Pre-Orders – see article xx)

d. Products whose sale, import or export is prohibited or restricted under UAE law or in the GCC Country of delivery, or whose content may be contrary to public morals in the UAE

e. products that are not permitted on the Marketplace under MYNTED’s category guidelines.

8.4 The price shown in a live listing is binding. You may change the price at any time before a Buyer completes checkout. Clause 9 applies to automatic price updates based on Market Data.

8.5 You must keep your inventory up to date. If you sell a listed Product through another channel, you must remove or adjust the listing without undue delay.

8.6 MYNTED may, but is not obliged to, review listings. MYNTED may remove or block listings, or require their amendment, if they infringe these Seller Terms, applicable law or third-party rights, or if MYNTED receives a substantiated complaint.

Auctions

8.7 Where MYNTED makes the auction function available, Vendors may offer Products by auction in accordance with the auction rules set out in the Buyer Terms. Auctions must be conducted exclusively on the basis of open, competitive bidding in which the highest valid bid at the end of the auction period wins. Auction formats in which the winner or the price is determined, in whole or in part, by chance, or in which participants must pay for the right to bid, are prohibited.

8.8 The Vendor may set a starting price and a reserve price. Once a bid has been placed, the Vendor may not end the auction early, withdraw the Product or change essential features of the listing, unless MYNTED agrees in justified cases (e.g. loss or damage of the Product).

8.9 The Vendor is bound to sell the Product to the highest bidder at the price of the winning bid, provided that the reserve price has been reached.

8.10 The Vendor must not bid on its own Products, directly or through third parties, connected persons or other accounts, or otherwise manipulate the bidding process (shill bidding). A breach constitutes cause under Clause 4.6.

Mystery and random-content products

8.11 Mystery or random-content products compiled by the Vendor (for example mystery boxes or re-packed bundles whose exact contents are not disclosed before purchase, as opposed to original factory-sealed products of the manufacturer) may only be listed with MYNTED’s prior written approval. The listing must disclose as accurately as possible the possible contents, the number of items, the categories and the range of value, including a guaranteed minimum value. Such products must be sold as goods at a fixed price. The Vendor must not offer any prize, cash value, buy-back, exchange for money or other lottery-type element in connection with their contents.

8.12 MYNTED may at any time withdraw its approval, remove such listings or suspend the category, in particular if required by a regulatory authority or where the classification under gaming regulations is unclear. Junior Vendors may not offer mystery or random-content products.

Pre-orders

8.13 You may offer Products that are not yet available as pre-orders only where MYNTED makes this function available and you have a confirmed allocation from your supplier or another reasonable assurance of supply. The listing must clearly identify the Product as a pre-order and state the expected delivery date.

8.14 Pre-orders are binding for you. The price stated at the time of the pre-order may not be increased.

8.15 If you become aware that the expected delivery date cannot be met, you must inform MYNTED and the Buyer without undue delay and state a new expected delivery date. The Buyer may then cancel the pre-order in accordance with the Buyer Terms.

8.16 If you cannot deliver a pre-ordered Product, in whole or in part, you must cancel the affected pre-orders without undue delay and serve the remaining pre-orders in the order in which they were placed. The Buyer receives a full refund, and Clause 11.2 applies to the costs.

9. Pricing Tools and Market Data (Collectr)

9.1 MYNTED makes available to Vendors Market Data provided by third-party data providers, including Collectr, and tools that allow Vendors to update the prices of their listings on the basis of Market Data (“Price Update Function”).

9.2 The use of the Price Update Function is optional. It is activated only by the Vendorper individual listings , and can be deactivated at any time

9.3 Prices updated through the Price Update Function are the Vendor’s prices. The Vendor remains solely responsible for all prices, whether set manually or through the Price Update Function, and should review them regularly. A sale concluded at a price resulting from an activated Price Update Function is binding for the Vendor.

9.4 Market Data is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a valuation, pricing advice or recommendation. MYNTED does not verify Market Data and gives no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability. Updates are generally carried out on a daily basis. Delays or interruptions may occur.

9.5 Subject to Clause 23.5, MYNTED is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete or delayed Market Data or from prices generated by the Price Update Function, in particular for sales at prices below the market value.

9.6 Market Data may only be used within the Marketplace and the Vendor Portal for the purpose of pricing your listings. You must not copy, extract, resell or otherwise use Market Data outside the Marketplace. MYNTED may change, restrict or discontinue the Price Update Function or the Market Data offered at any time, in particular if the agreement with the data provider ends.

10. Vendor Portal

10.1 MYNTED grants you, for the term of these Seller Terms, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Vendor Portal for the purposes of managing your listings, inventory, Orders, shipping and Payouts on the Marketplace.

10.2 You must keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activities carried out through your Vendor Portal account. You may grant access to employees or assistants only through the user management functions provided and remain responsible for them.

10.3 MYNTED will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Vendor Portal is available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. MYNTED may carry out maintenance and updates and will, where possible, announce planned maintenance in advance. MYNTED may further develop, change or remove functions, provided that the essential functions for listing, order processing and Payouts remain available.

10.4 You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into or import into the Vendor Portal, including inventory quantities, prices and shipping data. Reports, statistics and other information generated by the Vendor Portal are provided for convenience only. The settlement statement issued for each Payout is decisive.

10.5 You are responsible for keeping your own records of your sales and inventory. The Vendor Portal is not a data backup or archiving service. MYNTED will enable you to export your listing and order data in a common format for a period of thirty (30) days after the closure of your Vendor account.

10.6 You must not:

a. reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Vendor Portal, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law

b. access the Vendor Portal by automated means other than the interfaces provided by MYNTED, or exceed any usage limits

c. circumvent security measures or access data of other Vendors or

d. introduce malware or otherwise impair the operation of the Vendor Portal.

10.7 MYNTED may temporarily block access to the Vendor Portal if there is a security risk or a reasonable suspicion of misuse.

10.8 All rights in the Vendor Portal remain with MYNTED. Suggestions and feedback you provide regarding the Vendor Portal may be used by MYNTED without restriction or compensation.

11. Orders, Shipping and Delivery

Orders

11.1 You will receive an Order confirmation through the Vendor Portal and by e-mail once a Buyer has completed checkout. You must fulfil every Order at the price and conditions stated in the listing.

11.2 If you cannot fulfil an Order, you must cancel the Order by informing MYNTED. The purchase price will be refunded to the Buyer through the Payment Service Provider.

Repeated cancellations may result in the measures under Clause 4.6.

MYNTED shall have the right recover any payment processing costs incurred due to the cancellation to you. If an Order is cancelled, in whole or in part, for a reason for which you are responsible, you shall bear the costs incurred by MYNTED as a result, in particular the fees of the Payment Service Provider for the payment and the refund, or the flat cancellation fee set out in the Fee Schedule. These costs may be deducted in accordance with Clause 13.5.

Dispatch and packaging

11.3 You must dispatch each Product within three (3) business days after the Order confirmation.

11.4 You are responsible for adequate and secure packaging appropriate to the value and nature of the Product, at least in accordance with MYNTED’s packaging guidelines (in particular sleeves and toploaders or semi-rigid holders for singles, bubble mailers or boxes, and protection of sealed products and graded slabs against pressure and moisture) which are available here.

Integrated shipping solution

11.5 MYNTED provides an integrated shipping solution via Aramex (or another carrier designated by MYNTED). Once an Order has been received, a shipping label will be generated in the Vendor Portal. The use of the integrated shipping solution is mandatory unless MYNTED has authorised another shipping method in writing. The shipping fees paid by the Buyer are retained by MYNTED to cover the cost of the integrated shipping solution.

11.6 You must comply with the conditions of carriage of the carrier, as available at [link], in particular regarding prohibited items, packaging and declared value.

International Delivery

11.7 Where a Buyer has ordered international delivery, you must prepare the shipment in accordance with the instructions in the Vendor Portal. You are responsible for the accuracy of the product description, customs tariff information (where requested), quantity, value and country of origin declared in the shipping and customs documents. You must not ship Products whose export from the UAE or import into the country of delivery is prohibited or restricted. MYNTED may restrict the countries of delivery for certain Products or Vendors.

Loss and damage in transit

11.8 If a Product shipped with the integrated shipping solution is lost or damaged in transit, MYNTED will process the claim with the carrier. The Buyer will be refunded in accordance with the Buyer Terms. You will receive the purchase price (less Fees) to the extent MYNTED receives compensation from the carrier or its insurer, provided that you have complied with Clauses 11.3 to 11.7, including the correct declaration of value. Losses caused by inadequate packaging, incorrect declaration or the use of a shipping method not authorised by MYNTED are borne by you.

If a Product returned by a Buyer in accordance with Clause 10.6 of the Buyer Terms is lost or damaged in transit, MYNTED will process the claim with the carrier and pass on to you any compensation received from the carrier or its insurer for the Product. MYNTED is not otherwise liable for such loss or damage. Clause 14.3 remains unaffected.

11.9 International Vendors may use the integrated shipping solution only where MYNTED has enabled it for their country. Otherwise, the shipping method must be approved by MYNTED in writing. International Vendors are responsible for the export from their country and for the accuracy of all customs documents. Payouts to International Vendors are made in AED to the bank account designated by them. Currency conversion and international transfer charges are borne by the International Vendor.

12. Fees

12.1 The fees payable by the Vendor for the use of the Marketplace and of related services (the "Fees") are set out in the MYNTED fee schedule as published in the Vendor Portal from time to time (the "Fee Schedule"). The Fee Schedule forms part of these Seller Terms. The Fee Schedule applicable at the effective date of these Seller Terms is published in the Vendor Portal.

12.2 The Fee Schedule may provide for different Fees for different Vendor categories (in particular Individual Vendors, Business Vendors and International Vendors), Product categories, sales formats (in particular auctions) and paid additional services (in particular promoted listings or subscriptions). Fees for paid additional services are communicated before you book the service.

12.3 Fees agreed individually with a Vendor in writing prevail over the Fee Schedule. Additional Services under Clause 20 are subject to the fees agreed in the respective Consignment Terms or individual agreement.

12.4 Unless stated otherwise in the Fee Schedule, the Fees are inclusive of VAT and of the payment processing fees of the Payment Service Provider.

12.5 The Fees become due upon completion of the relevant sale (or, for paid additional services, upon booking) and are deducted from the Payout in accordance with Clause 13.5. If the Payout is insufficient, MYNTED will invoice the outstanding amount, which is payable within fourteen (14) days.

12.6 If an Order is cancelled or refunded in full before dispatch, no sales-related Fees are charged. If a partial refund is granted at your request, the full sales-related Fees remain payable on the original purchase price and the Payout is reduced by the partial refund.

12.7 MYNTED may amend the Fee Schedule in accordance with Clause 3.2, i.e. with at least fourteen (14) days' notice. Fees for Orders placed before the amendment takes effect remain unchanged. Individually agreed Fees cannot be amended unilaterally.

13. Payment Processing and Payouts

13.1 Payments by Buyers are processed exclusively by a payment service provider licensed or otherwise authorised to provide such services in the UAE (the "Payment Service Provider"). MYNTED does not receive, hold or pool the purchase prices paid by Buyers in its own accounts and does not act as trustee or custodian of funds for Vendors.

13.2 To receive payments, you must register with the Payment Service Provider (e.g. as sub-merchant or connected account) and accept its terms and conditions, which are available at [link]. You authorise MYNTED to transmit to the Payment Service Provider the data required for your onboarding and verification. MYNTED may refuse or suspend your access to sales functions as long as the onboarding with the Payment Service Provider has not been completed.

13.3 You authorise the Payment Service Provider to accept payments from Buyers on your behalf; payment by the Buyer to the Payment Service Provider discharges the Buyer's payment obligation towards you. You further authorise MYNTED to give instructions to the Payment Service Provider in accordance with these Seller Terms, in particular regarding the deduction of Fees, the timing of Payouts, the retention of amounts under Clause 13.4, refunds to Buyers, chargebacks and set-off. MYNTED's role is limited to these instructions and to the technical integration of the payment process.

13.4 Payouts are made by the Payment Service Provider to the bank account in your name (or, for Junior Vendor accounts, in the Guardian's name) registered with the Payment Service Provider, currently once per week on Mondays following the 7 days cooldown period as described hereafter. An Order becomes eligible for Payout seven (7) days after delivery of the Product, provided that no claim has been raised within this period. If a claim is raised, the corresponding amount will be retained until the claim has been resolved. Claims raised after the Payout (in particular within the thirty (30) day period for defects under the Buyer Terms) are settled in accordance with Clauses 13.5 and 14. Bank charges for international transfers of payouts are borne by you.

13.5 MYNTED may instruct the Payment Service Provider to deduct from any Payout, or set off against it: (a) Fees; (b) refunds granted to Buyers in accordance with the Buyer Terms or these Seller Terms; (c) chargeback amounts and related fees; (d) return shipping costs for which you are responsible; (e) costs of cancelled Orders under Clause 11.2; and (f) any other amounts due from you to MYNTED under these Seller Terms. If a Payout is insufficient, Clause 12.5 applies accordingly.

13.6 MYNTED may instruct the Payment Service Provider to withhold Payouts in whole or in part, for as long as reasonably necessary, where (a) verification under Clause 5 or the onboarding under Clause 13.2 is incomplete, (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, counterfeit Products or other serious breach, (c) there is an unusually high rate of claims, or (d) this is required by law or by an authority. MYNTED will inform you of the reason unless prohibited by law. The rights of the Payment Service Provider under its own terms remain unaffected.

13.7 A settlement statement will be made available in the Vendor Portal for each Payout. Objections must be raised within thirty (30) days of the statement; otherwise the statement is deemed approved. MYNTED will point this out in the statement.

13.8 If a refund, chargeback or other amount for which you are responsible becomes due after the relevant Payout has been made, or your balance with the Payment Service Provider is otherwise insufficient, (a) the amount may be debited from your balance with the Payment Service Provider (including as a negative balance to be offset against future Payouts) to the extent its terms provide for this, or (b) where MYNTED refunds the Buyer from its own funds (in particular under the Buyer Protection or its responsibility under mandatory law), you must reimburse MYNTED. MYNTED may instruct the deduction of such amounts from future Payouts in accordance with Clause 13.5 or invoice them in accordance with Clause 12.5.

14. Returns, Refunds, Buyer Protection and Chargebacks

14.1 Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Buyer Terms. You must accept returns and grant refunds in all cases in which the Buyer is entitled to them under the Buyer Terms or applicable law, in particular where the Product is damaged, materially not as described, or counterfeit.

14.2 MYNTED handles Buyer claims, mediates between you and the Buyer and decides on refunds under the Buyer Protection at its reasonable discretion, taking into account the listing, the evidence provided by both parties and applicable law. You must respond to requests from MYNTED within two (2) business days.

14.3 If a return or refund is due to a reason for which you are responsible (in particular an incorrect or incomplete description, a defect, a wrong Product, inadequate packaging, a late or missing dispatch or a counterfeit Product), you bear the refund, the return shipping costs and any other reasonable costs incurred by MYNTED, and the sales-related Fees remain payable.

14.4 If a Product is confirmed to be counterfeit, the Buyer will be refunded in full and you must reimburse the full amount. Clauses 13.5 and 13.8 apply. MYNTED may retain the Product for evidentiary purposes, destroy it or hand it over to the rights holder or the competent authorities.

14.5 Chargebacks initiated by Buyers are handled by the Payment Service Provider in accordance with its terms. The amount concerned and related fees may be deducted from your pending or future Payouts in accordance with Clause 13.5. You may contest the chargeback by providing evidence (in particular proof of dispatch and delivery). MYNTED will support you in the chargeback process in good faith, but does not guarantee its outcome.

14.6 You release MYNTED from all claims arising out of or in connection with disputes between you and Buyers, including claims relating to decisions taken by MYNTED under this Clause 14, except where MYNTED has acted fraudulently, wilfully or with gross negligence, or in breach of its obligations under these Seller Terms. Your claims against the Buyer and the right of either party to have a dispute decided by the competent courts remain unaffected.

14.7 Where MYNTED is held responsible towards a Buyer or an authority for a defect in, or non-conformity of, a Product sold by you (including under mandatory consumer protection law, which makes the operator of an e-commerce platform responsible for defects in goods sold by third parties through its platform), you shall reimburse MYNTED for all amounts paid and reasonable costs incurred, unless you are not responsible for the defect. MYNTED may set off such amounts in accordance with Clause 13.5.

15. Consumer Protection Compliance

15.1 Where you sell to Consumers, you are the supplier within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Law and responsible for complying with it, including information obligations, warranty and after-sales obligations and the prohibition of misleading advertising.

15.2 Business Vendors must identify themselves as traders in their Vendor profile and provide the information required by law. MYNTED will display this information to Buyers.

16. Vendor Content

16.1 You may upload Vendor Content in accordance with MYNTED’s content guidelines. You are responsible for your Vendor Content and warrant that you hold all necessary rights to it (in particular to photographs) and that it is not illegal, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights or otherwise objectionable, and does not contain viruses, spam or advertising for other sales channels.

16.2 You grant MYNTED a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, adapt (in particular to format), display and make available your Vendor Content for the purpose of operating, promoting and marketing the Marketplace, including on social media and in advertising. This licence continues for as long as necessary to operate, promote or archive the Marketplace and ends, for promotional use, within a reasonable period after the Vendor Content is deleted or your Vendor account is closed.

16.3 MYNTED may, but is not obliged to, monitor Vendor Content. MYNTED may edit (for formatting purposes) or remove Vendor Content that infringes these Seller Terms, applicable law or third-party rights.

17. Authenticity and Intellectual Property

17.1 MYNTED aims to provide a fair and transparent environment for Buyers and Vendors alike. You warrant that each Product you list is authentic and that its sale does not infringe any intellectual property rights.

17.2 MYNTED cooperates with rights holders. If a rights holder or other third party notifies MYNTED of an alleged infringement, MYNTED may remove the listing concerned, inform you and give you an opportunity to respond. MYNTED may disclose your identity and relevant data to the rights holder or to competent authorities where required by law or where the rights holder has demonstrated a legitimate interest.

17.3 The trademarks of MYNTED may only be used with MYNTED’s prior written consent.

18. Sales outside the Marketplace

18.1 You must not use the Marketplace to initiate sales of listed Products outside the Marketplace, in particular by inviting Buyers to contact you directly or to pay outside the Marketplace, in order to avoid Fees.

18.2 In the event of a breach, MYNTED may charge the sales-related Fees that would have been payable, remove the listings concerned and, in the case of repeated or serious breaches, suspend or close your Vendor account in accordance with Clause 4.6.

19. Marketing and Promotions

19.1 MYNTED may invite Vendors to participate in promotions and special events. Participation is voluntary.

19.2 Vendors are encouraged to link their Marketplace shop on their social media profiles.

19.3 Vendors may request vouchers for their own promotional purposes. MYNTED will issue such vouchers within a reasonable time. The costs of vouchers requested by a Vendor are borne by that Vendor unless otherwise agreed.

20. Consignment, Showroom and Event Sales

20.1 MYNTED may offer additional services to Vendors, in particular the sale of Products on a consignment basis in MYNTED’s showroom, at trade fairs and events, or through the Marketplace, and services related to grading and partner drop-off points (“Additional Services”).

20.2 Additional Services are subject to separate terms and, where applicable, an individual consignment agreement based on MYNTED’s standard template (“Consignment Terms”). In the event of any conflict, the Consignment Terms prevail over these Seller Terms with respect to the Additional Services concerned. In all other respects, these Seller Terms apply.

21. Data Protection

21.1 MYNTED processes the personal data of Vendors (and, where applicable, of Guardians, Junior Vendors, authorised users and beneficial owners) as controller in accordance with the Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”) and the Privacy Policy, in particular for the purposes of registration, verification under Clause 5, operation of the Vendor Portal, processing of Orders and Payouts, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations and communication.

21.2 For the fulfilment of Orders, MYNTED provides you with personal data of Buyers (in particular name, delivery address, telephone number and Order details). In respect of this data, you act as an independent controller and must comply with the PDPL and other applicable data protection laws. You may use Buyer data only for the fulfilment of the relevant Order, for handling returns and claims, and for complying with your legal obligations. You must not use Buyer data for marketing purposes, disclose it to third parties (other than carriers for the purpose of delivery) or retain it longer than necessary.

21.3 You must take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer data. You must inform MYNTED without undue delay, and in any case within forty-eight (48) hours, of any breach affecting Buyer data received through the Marketplace.

21.4 Personal data may be processed by MYNTED’s service providers outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union (in particular the platform, hosting, identity verification, payment and data providers). MYNTED ensures that such transfers comply with the PDPL.

21.5 The data subjects referred to in Clause 21.1 have the rights provided by the PDPL, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests can be sent to help@mynted.me. You undertake to inform your authorised users and, where applicable, the Junior Vendor about the processing of their data by MYNTED.

22. Confidentiality

22.1 Each party shall keep confidential all non-public information of the other party obtained in connection with these Seller Terms (in particular details of the Vendor Portal, Fees agreed individually, sales data and business information) and use it only for the purposes of these Seller Terms. This obligation does not apply to information which is publicly available, was already known to the recipient, or must be disclosed by law or order of an authority, and continues for two (2) years after the closure of the Vendor account.

23. Liability and Indemnity

23.1 MYNTED is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data (to the extent the loss would have been avoided by reasonable backups by the Vendor), or indirect or consequential loss.

23.2 MYNTED’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Seller Terms (including the use of the Vendor Portal, Market Data and the Price Update Function) in any calendar year is limited to the higher of (a) the total Fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) AED 500.

23.3 MYNTED is not liable for the performance of third-party services (in particular carriers, payment service providers and data providers), except where MYNTED has culpably failed to select or instruct them properly, and without prejudice to Clause 11.8.

23.4 You shall indemnify MYNTED against all third-party claims (including claims by Buyers, rights holders and authorities) and reasonable costs of legal defence arising from your breach of Clauses 7, 8, 11.7, 15, 16, 17 or 21 (and without prejudice to Clause 14.7) or from your violation of applicable law or third-party rights, unless you are not responsible for the breach. MYNTED will inform you of any such claim without undue delay and allow you to participate in the defence.

23.5 The limitations and exclusions of liability in Clauses 9.5, 14.6, 23.1, 23.2 and 23.3 do not apply in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or to the extent that liability cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

24. Force Majeure

24.1 Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, acts of government, strikes, failures of public communication networks, carriers or third-party service providers (including outages of the platform provider or the data provider). The affected party shall inform the other party without undue delay.

25. Miscellaneous

25.1 MYNTED may transfer these Seller Terms to an affiliated company or to a successor of the Marketplace business by giving notice to you. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without MYNTED’s prior written consent.

25.2 MYNTED may communicate with you by e-mail or through the Vendor Portal. Notices to MYNTED must be sent to help@mynted.me or through the Vendor Portal.

25.3 These Seller Terms, together with the Buyer Terms (to the extent referred to herein), the Privacy Policy, MYNTED’s guidelines referred to herein and any Consignment Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and MYNTED regarding your activity as a Vendor. In the event of conflict, these Seller Terms prevail over the guidelines, and the Buyer Terms prevail with regard to the rights of Buyers.

25.4 These Seller Terms are drawn up in English. In the event of discrepancies between the English version and any translation, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.

25.5 If any provision of these Seller Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

26.1 These Seller Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

26.2 The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

27. Effective Date

27.1 These Seller Terms are effective as of xx.10.2026. They replace any previous Vendor Terms. For existing Vendors, the Seller Terms take effect in accordance with the notice period under Clause 3.2.
